This electric tankless water heater is a true Point of Use Model because it’s specifically designed for under the sink, single applications with a maximum waft rate of 0.5-Gallon per minute (gpm) and includes a 0.5 gpm sink aerator. Its compact size allows for under the sink installations. The Point of Use models are perfect for: Wet Bars, Strip Malls, Doctor’s Place of business, Boats, Recreational Vehicles (RVs), Bathroom Sinks. Prior to purchase and installation please verify this model is the rights size for your hot water needs and electrical requirements.

Can give hot water for one sink at 0.5 GPM in warmer climates
Requires 1 x 30 amp breaker and 10 AWG wire
For one sink at 0.5 GPM in colder climates the POU 6 is really helpful
This product is really helpful to be used with a single sink only. Do not use with a shower or a couple of fixtures.
This unit operates at 220 volts and one must not use a plug at the same time as installing. This product is hard wired
